BERLIN — A 22-year-old native of Kosovo was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison Friday for the killing of two United States airmen at the Frankfurt airport last year.

The men he killed were Senior Airman Nicholas J. Alden, 25, from South Carolina, and Airman First Class Zachary R. Cuddeback, 21, from Virginia.
