@proff128 Gas fuels like CNG Propane etc arent liquid in the chamber ...that argument doesnt apply here ~ 4 stroke engines now dont recieve any lubrication from the fuel , unlike the case with lead and valve guides . Adavancements in lubricants and engine bearing technology have allowed much more advanced engine construction and material strengths and tolerances unheard of thirty years ago
