Hey my friend and I did this and I found an even easier way. Still takes two people though. Step back a little from the edge and have your friend jump on top of your head, then the one on bottom gradually run to edge and jump towards the ledge, friend on top needs to jump off your head at peak of your jump and it easy as heck to get there that way and without killing each other too! Let me know if this works for ya. It worked better for me and my friend. ; )
