there is a cheap way you can beat him if your infront where he comes in front of the car just do your special move and he wont hit you for nothing but leo cant only do it
True story: when this game first came out a good 90% of the kids on my bus were talking about it and paticularly this boss. Everyone was so surprised to see Bebop cut his hair and attach a ball and chain to it. It was the biggest news ever! I feel sorry for kids today that have to talk about Halo on the bus, not nearly as fun, hahaha.
In my opinion it's the best game about Turtles too.
Looking at this I couldn't even believe, that for sometime Bebop was like the hardest boss in the game. And it was a really big day when I beat him. Good times...

This to me by far was the best of the Turtle games. The length, the various enemies, the special moves, the huge boss cast, the music. This game truly had it all. Nice job owning Bebop.
Theres a cheese way to this as well, though temporary it can make it slightly easy. Though I think it only works on 2 player. I somehow managed to pin Bebop on the front of the truck and I was using either don/leo by the front wheel. They were able to get to bebop at that range.

I remember this fight. He was my easiest boss, too, but I used a different strategy.
Leo. Camp near the truck. Bebop will get stuck near the bottom of the truck. At this point, you can just special away w/out any fears of getting hit.

I managed to beat him without getting hit once. A very predictable pattern that doesn't even get harder when he starts to flash.
