WCMH (ex-WLWC) has always been a strong number two in Columbus, as has WDTN (ex-WLWD) in Dayton. WLWT is the weakest station in Cincinnati and has been for a long time. WTHR (ex-WLWI) used to be the weakest station but is the strongest in its market. You have to hand it to the Wolfes - they stink at radio, but they know how to run TV stations.
Note that they give nods at :33 and :37 to their predecessor, WLWI and Crosley/AVCO (WLWI was the weakest station in the Crosley chain before selling to the Columbus Dispatch).
