Easy: If you passed FE7, you'll know he has a child (Roy). By that time, he's like what, eleven? Five years later (FE6), it's Roy adventure, thus, he's 16. In the end of FE7, it says '15 years later'... Thus, FE6 is another 5 years after Eliwood.

Yea, I think that Fire Emblem 6 was meant to be the only one with Roy, Eliwood, Hector, etc. but then I guess they made the prequal after the sequel. I.E. > Roy is main character in FE6, and is son to Eliwood. In FE7, Eliwood is main character, about a teenager, and Roy isnt born until the end. Did that make sense?
