Well, after researching a small bit, the only information I could find on this game is that it is an unreleased game that was programmed in 1990.

Now, despite it being unreleased, I have to say that this sort of game seems really unacceptable for the 1990s, even if it was for the NES.

That has to be one of the worst games I have ever seen. If only it was more well known would it be a rival to the "Top Ten Worst Video Games Of All Time" lists that all these gaming sites have.

If not that then it'd at least be in a top twenty list I'd think.
