I could careless that the NBA is locked out right now. I'd be majorly disappointed if it was locked out back then. I've realized this- the reason why the NBA sucks now, is because.
1) Lack of defense.

These were the great days of being a Knicks fan. in 94 the knicks were the best team in the NBA. WOW, this was when it wasn't embarrassing to be a Knicks fan. I remember this like it was yesterday. That was our year, I thought we had it, then Starks goes like 3 for 18 from the field and did nothing in the fourth quarter. I still have that game on tape somewhere. I gotta find it.

@klespian your right, I always say the team that desearved to win didn't. But the league at the time did not want another repeat of the bad boy pistons champions. So they did everything to stop it, hand check rules, no zone defenses. So its bs when the media says that the league wants the Knicks to be good, because all they cared about was getting jordan more rings.
