Is this a battle or just a bit of constructive criticism? Yeah flow is one thing i have been working on. If you notice in one of my 10 month videos. Labeled Flow. But as long as we are being brutally honest (Not trying to Hate, you are bad ass) I haven't seen much progress from you lately. I actually perfer some of your older videos to the newer ones?

That is what you would call a triquetra. AKA the mercedes. It looks easy but its a pretty advanced poi move. I just learned it and Im not that good at it, and probably couldnt do a tutorial on it till I understand it a little bit better. But I will as soon I can!

also have you tryed behind the back crossers? i can almost get em, but your better then me at BTB. which reminds me wicked kick from crosser to opposite crosser. now i wanna make a new video!

Thanks bud! Yeah man that triquetra took me like 2 hours of stright spinning to get that. Yeah I can Do a BTB crosser. I think i do them in a few of my videos. I also got a tutorial on BTB crosser. Can't wait to see your next vid. Peace!
