I take 20-mg. Took20 about 2 hours ago but I have severe imsomnia. Once I didn't sleep one wink for 9 days. That will make you very sick and desperate. I would swallow a rock when I have a spell of insomnia if I thought it might help. I've done some weird stuff on Ambien also on nights it works it's worth it.
@ericistightfull you can get pretty zooted on 10 mgs but if you wanna end up like this guy you have to take anywhere between 20 - 50 mgs... I love ambien!
I try to be careful with Ambien now lol because about a week ago I took it, stayed up to feed my dogs, then forgot I'd taken it and took another one. well, after about an hour I forgot AGAIN and took another one (that's about 30 mg) and I ended up deciding to go for a late night walk at two in the morning, all the while making in total 23 voice recordings on my phone, and ended up seven blocks away walking into the police station, telling the deputy he had two heads and passing out on the floor.

I try to be careful with Ambien now lol because about a week ago I took it, stayed up to feed my dogs, then forgot I'd taken it and took another one. well, after about an hour I forgot AGAIN and took another one (that's about 30 mg) and I ended up deciding to go for a late night walk at two in the morning, all the while making in total 23 voice recordings on my phone, and ended up seven blocks away walking into the police station, telling the deputy he had two heads and passing out on the floor.

@handsdown101 LOL! i did that too! i ended up making a huge ass bowl of pancake batter. i found it the next morning in the bathtub, i also noticed that i had recorded about 6 hours of Full House and deleted everything else from my DVR. lol Ambien is awesome.

@Edukated lol, no.. The foot is Jamie's foot. She came over to my house so I could hear the voicemail, I then recorded it and didnt really pay much attention to where I was pointing the camera at. haha
