Halloween Mini Album 2009

Believe it or not the hands were from the dollar store and the skeleton was from Martha Stewert! Good luck finding them!

HI Marion, I love this album, so bummed I missed out on this kit. I had a couple of questions. The top note die cut is that the stampin up one? The mini file folder is that a die cut and if you don't mind what is it called? Can I ask where you purchased the smaller paper bags? As always I find your work very inspiring. TFS!

Hi! Yes the top note die is from stampin up and teh file folders are custom dies I had made for me. You can find these paper bags at Michael's or any party store that has treat bags. They can be pricey sometimes but they are super cute! Have fun, sorry you missed out on the kit!

Love, love, love it! Everything Halloween is great, but we don't see as many mini albums, just yours!  Thank you. The utee with glitter on the chipboard pieces looks fantastic! Not sure is that black utee? I only have clear and I'm going to have to figure a way to recreate the look because it's fabulous!

No it's clear UTEE, but I used a dark colored tattered angels underneath. Thank you for your comments, so sweet!

Question, The tag with the pretty glitter flower, what did u do to the tag part of it? It looks shimmery & shiney too.

I took modge podge and brushed it over the tags and then I sprinkled glitter over it, waited till it was dry and applied another coat of just the modge podge again.

Marion I noticed that the eyelets used on your tags have the top side of the eyelet on both sides. Is that a store bought tag or did you make it yourself? I hope you understand what I'm saying. Great job by the way. Your work is always inspiring.

I made all the tags. Actually when using eyelets you're really supposed to use two parts one is the eyelet and the other is the grommet. The grommet is slightly larger and it fits over the eyelet. The grommet can also just be the ring part and the hind of the eyelet wraps around that. Hope you can understand that, I'm not sure why in scrapbooking they just started using the eyelet alone, I always like to make both sides look nice.
