It is really tiring to see him wander about the stage and not be able to understand the product/service. We should be seeing the slides and not the presenter most of the time. I would have really liked to see the publisher dashboard. I am complaining because it seems there are multiple camera people and also a switch etc.
It's a long way from a TED talk, but the concept is solid, provided that the solution works flawlessly and the pricing is reasonable. However. will this lead to the "over badgefication" of the web, and will it make the customer reward programs irrelevant? Time will tell.
