I haven't ordered it yet. It's been so cold I haven't been in the mood to exercise which is bad. But I will get it, and I will let you know. Look at my favorites and there are 2 free workouts there a 2 minute ab workout that is killer and then this guy I think his name is ahmad, he is good too and free! here on youtube. Good luck
