I've been vegan for 1 1/2 years, and you can get all your nutrients through your food, calcium... soymilk... B12.... flaxseed. :) and I've been doing great, more energy and such.
Hey, one tip I learnt was ALWAYS ask if the sauce has fish sauce in it...because asian sauces do use fish sauce (yuk).
I'm glad you're feeling better. Don't stress about the raw diet, I'm sure if you put all your energy into being vegan and eating whole foods, you'll feel just as good.

I was laying in bed last night thinking....I've never taken a calcium supp, I get it all from nuts and my greens, soy milk and the like.
I do however take a B12 supp (1000 ug militi-vitamins have about 100ug) and it seriously changes my mood for the better :D

Yeah, a lot of stir fry sauces have oyster sauce in them. Ew. Hah.. I never even knew it.. Good thing I checked with them before ordering. =)
