Well I've lifted 260lbs and know I could do more... but I don't really do the piggy back thing... I am still trying to fully recover from a knee injury so if you notice... all my lifts are on one side... it's because of this knee injury but I once lifted a guy... who is in this video wearing the red shirt at 1:05 min in.. I carried him like you see in the picture up about 7 steps into a bar lol you should have seen the faces of people around ha ha
