When Zack died, he gave it to Cloud saying, "you're my living legacy. I know the whole story, which was an excellent story I must say. I just sometimes refer to it as Zack's sword, probably since you never get to play as Angeal.

you need to master the very first aerial brave move (the one that has 300 ap) but it takes time

u have to master slashing blow which is two horizontal slashes in mid air. After mastering you will have an extension to that skill which u have to equip in the abilities menu.

So the combo would go like:

O + O + [ ] = Omni-slash ver 5

You can master techniques, by doing battles, at the end, you'll get something that's called AP. which are points that add up to your total moveset. Once you have enough AP, it automatically masters a move when it reached its limit. If you do so, you'll be able to learn new moves that derrive from older ones. :D

Not just that: the cost for the moves halves! This means if you master a 30AP move, it gets lowered to 15, therefore allowing more moves to be added.

Dude, braver is the first HP midair attack... its when he homes in on the enemy and buster sword turns blue.

I never recognized it because it looks more like a downward thrust than a full-on downward slash... That's what I liked about Braver. It was just a brutal, all-out, merciless cleave.

Maybe I just can't see it very well? Or is it a thrust in this game?

Yes. In the demo because you cant level up your chracters in the demo therefore they cant learn new moves.
