@xEn7x If you mean after stealing the rod, you have to make the B button dim (go in water or on a ladder), undim it, then pause and unpause. If you mean you get Master sword on B after saving and resetting, if you're not on 1.0 (gold cartridge) you can only save and reset once, then the 2nd time you'll get master sword back, so you need to conserve your saves.

@CapumOfOuttaSpace Its a glitch called reverse bottle adventure where you catch something in a bottle on B and depending on the item on C right it can change something in your inventory. When I caught the bugs with broken gorons sword on C right, it gave me the forest, water, shadow and spirit medallions, and only shadow and spirit are required to activate the light arrow cutscene. I also used the glitch to get things like songs, quiver and bomb bag.

@azizidark When you first become adult it automatically equips bombs to C down no matter what because it assumes you must have them. When I empty my B bottle at 29:30, this writes an empty bottle to my bomb slot on the inventory screen as you see next time I pause, which allows bomb drops to appear. When I catch the bugs again with cojiro on C right after that, it gives me the largest bomb bag which will allow me to actually carry bombs (if you try to get bombs w/o bag you'll get nothing).

@Gamerman543212345 I'm guessing you're on N64 and you're probably pulling out a deku stick. Pulling out a deku stick as adult on N64 freezes the game so you need to have 0 sticks going forward in time.

@disturbedhalo117 Those only appear on your C buttons if you actually have them, unlike bombs which do no matter what. You can skip deku nuts normally so that makes sense, but I'm not entirely sure why the ocarina isn't auto equipped since you can't normally skip it, but it just is.

@disturbedhalo117 About 5 hours. Once you get it the first time it becomes significantly easier every other time, and getting it as fast as I did in this shouldn't take too much practice if you know what you're doing.

@disturbedhalo117 the thing is when your an adult the wall you jump over after beating ingo or whatever his name is while on epona to get out of the ranch triggers the eponacutscene. You can staircase hover over the wall using just 2 bombs and getting isg off of ingo and you get epona after you jump over the wall and she stays whereever you leave her. my rba route is normal non DoT skip planting the bean in hylia then getting adult and staircasing over the ranch wall then normal rba route

@disturbedhalo117 thats why you have to do staircase hover because your at ground level and 1 hoverup will bring you back to the ground. with the staircase hover it gives you enough time to backflip twice so you get enough height to stay in the air and after your in the air you backflip one more time to clear the wall

@MarcusSDA its called an RTA (Real Time Attack) which is essentially do whatever u want without cheating to meet the goals of a race or speed run. Have a look on SRL (speed runs live) if you want to find out a little more :)

The savewarping actually makes this an RTA (real time attack) category run instead of an SS. Other than that, there's absolutely no difference, since unlike a segmented run, the game is still being played continuously from start to finish.

@Ambicity Its very slightly slower to do that, around 10 seconds slower I think.  If you make some bad mistakes in areas where time passes (zoras river, lake hylia) then it would be about the same since a perfect run you would get to the owl a bit before day.

@Avenger98765 It would be faster to buy shield and manipulate bombs, but bomb manipulation is absolutely retarded, especially because this route requires more bombs than past any% routes.

You can't get the lon lon bottle until you wake up talon at hyrule castle, which obviously takes a long time.

And yes you can use the owl in lake hylia to get to market, however his text is very slow so its not really the best option. In this route its almost as fast as what I do, just a bit slower.
