This is a good improvement. The harp tone you get from playing through that green bullet is better than that you get when you play through a vocal mic. IMO, you can improve on it even more by using a more harp-friendly amp, or an amp modeler (the digitech RP series are quite good). A good cheap, harp friendly amp is the Epiphone Valve junior. Any smallish tube amp will do though. If you go the digitech way, then you can use any amp, plus you will have a lot more FX to choose from.
