That's is really strange to me. Is he bored of USA citizenship or doesn't wanna pay USA taxs?

I can get why not use a USA flag due to hateful feelings from allover the world, but if he is USA citizen he should be supportive.

Same as here, Brasil, many runs foreign flags yachts. Same to them, shame on you all.

@intelpower Yes. its only a port of registration. I used to be in shipbuilding in Malaysia. We build our vessels to USCG standards, thus we register most of our yachts out of San Diego, CA, USA
