  • In North America, there is the same ad, except it says "Go on... Get dirty" and the wash powders/liquids are usually Wisk... which is what "Omo" is called there....

I'm pretty sure it was a piece of music specially composed for this advert...

  • oh i love it!!★❤★

  • This is kinda like a new age Pinocchio. :)

  • I have two friends who dont really like the kids playing in the dirt she even shouts at her daughter, I felt sorry for her, messy play is really important. my boys are always out in the garden poking sticks in the dirt and building hills for the hot wheels cars! its a very important message really. too many parents now are more concerned with keeping up appearences

  • astonishingly brilliant advert - i don't think i've ever cried watching an advert before!

  • What's dirt got to do with Persil? Everything. Persil gets rid of dirt :S

  • Reminds me of being a little girl again!

  • this reminds me of my little boy, he's 2 and a bit. me and his mum have split up, and i get him every other weekend. He doesnt get taught how to be a kiddy anymore on a regular basis...only every other weekend. The begining of the advert is like 6'ish on the friday evening. The end is like 6'ish sunday evening.

  • What a lovely advert sad yet heartwarming. And the music oh god it's beautiful it totally fits in with what's going on.Thought the robot turning into a little boy was an inspiration,Kudos to whoever thought it up!

  • Can you buy this music

  • i wonder hiow they merged the effects of robot with human?

  • cgi

  • "no its real" WE KNOW ITS FUNKING CGI! LEMON-HEAD!

  • Well he did ask. :)

  • Quite a sad to start with I reckon, the robot on its own, then turns into a boy playing in the water and mud. For once an advert i actually like. Reminds me of what i was like when i was a youngen :P.

  • The music is called Roboboy and is written by Rachel Portman.

  • This reminds me of when I was young and makes me realise how much I have changed.

  • quite possibly d most inspirational add iv ever seen!!!brings a tear to my eye!!

  • Encouraging kids to get dirty so that their parents buy more persil

  • this ^^

  • This is great.

I like the message too: let kids play outside for crying out loud, instead of keeping them under a glass jar like most parents are doing.

  • BEAUTIFUL ADVERT

  • Anyone know the music used for this ad?

  • Sorry mate i have no idea.

  • The music is called Roboboy and is written by Rachel Portman.

  • great vid Kei ^_^

is it supposed to mean that there is a child in every single one of us?

  • Thanks ^_^

  • @MaximusC9 no unless someone plays, gets dirty etc like every child should, they are just a robot
