In my opinion gale should be Mark Salling because he is supposed to be older and Emma Watson as Madge because it just fits.

Johanna possible around 5'2 to 5'4. In the MJ book her leaving the hospital room and bumping Gale's thigh with her hip. Saying you are so gorgeous. Shorter than Gale.I hope they cast Stephanie Hunt as Johanna. She is from Friday Night Lights,and the new season next week of Californication. She is 21.
