LMAO. This is actually really good rotoscoping. with aae cs5 this would rbe really easy though since they have that new rotobrush tool. applauds at the gun though! The hud is easy as shit though

But did you use after effects for this? This can be done in Adobe Premiere Pro or sony vegas

i walked around with the camera, then cut out the gun and created the hud in photoshop, placed it over the video in after effects, and made the picture of the gun move as it the character were walking, and added minor lighting adjustments

all he did was take footage from the game of it walking, and masked the gun and arms and whatnot, and then just replaced the background. pretty simple stuff ;)
