Nancy pelosi is a leader in our democracy, she had the power to speak up and end it all, and yes, if you orderd it, and you were CIA that carried it out (not all CIA carried it out, nor agreed with it, lets make that clear here.) and then to have someone with power to stop it. Is exactly that. as far as your thought process, I see its not advanced enough to criticaly think this much out, obviously cause you would choose the easy path of ignoring your morals when it comes to torture.

A total 3 terrorists were ever waterboarded. Period. The US military got invaluable information about future attacks from these 3 terrorists. (For the benefit of all the MSNBC viewers out there -- the word invaluable means extremely valuable).

All non terrorists who were waterboarded are members of the US military (and a few journalists). Our special forces guys are routinely trained to resist enhanced interrogation techniques, and thousands of our military guys have had it done to them.
