@Acedonis Not really sure. Sounds to me kind of like a cross between something Ambient and New Age. A hint of some more downtempo Psytrance or something, maybe?

This song sounds a little like Resistance and Citizen Erased by Muse, and I also hear bits of the X-Files theme. XD Awesome song!

@UltimateDarkSim Nah I wish I had this kind of talent. The guy who made it is someone named "Espen Gätzschmann" who did work on the remixes for the re-release (it was just a version for modern computers) of this game, Star Control 2. It sounds nothing like the original arilou song but it's the first version I heard so I like it a lot :D Glad you enjoyed
