I needed to reinstall Windows 7 64 bit, because my 32 bit wasn't fully utilising my hardware set up, but I only the home premium key, but I needed ultimate, so i obtained the 64 bit ultimate disk only to find that it would not activate. So I searched google to find nothing, and then here to find this as the top result.

So after downloading and running, windows is now genuine :D

I have Microsoft Security Essentials, installed and it says this file is not a virus.
