After watching a few videos of Clockw0rk recently (especially watching his Phoenix in action), and then watching this set of matches, it seems to me (as crazy as this sounds) like he'd be better off running Phoenix/Ammy/Doom against other Phoenix teams; freeing up Phoenix to use meter and having ice and missile assists to back her up. He's already good with Ammy w/out using meter so he would still be able to build good meter to be able to throw out hypers against DP at the end of the match.

A and up right) x2 to get out the acid rain and after the first acid rain you no longer need to do the tiger knee motion but instead just input the regular commands

His expressed knowledge of Dante's moveset, combos, and capabilities keeps him coming with something fresh and unpredictable each time that makes him not only entertaining to watch, but extremely effective. Plus, I'm just not seeing him repping it at high-level play in tournaments the way Richard is. If you're going to tell me about the best of anything I want to see more examples than random online matches with no stakes on the line.

lol at dumb people thinking Phoenix vs Phoenix is random. It's fast and it only takes one hit, but it's not random. Cl0ck won the first PvP because he guarded Richard's activation and pressured her after it. Richard won the second because he put Phoenix in a very vulnerable position when she activated. That's what the match is all about; making your opponent vulnerable at the moment of transformation. It's a strange matchup but it's definitely not random like the netplayers whine.
