i can't help but say that these guys may have copied the concept of the cebu inmates such as dancing as an extra curricular activity... but it isn't totally a bad thing.

that's the whole point of it, to show the world that prisoners can change as long as they do some recreation and we start here in our own country, then the world. Not the Hardass-badass cop vs prisoner action the way it's done in other countries.

@lakdug Its not that way..imagine a jail that is supposed to house only 1500 inmates and inmates in Manila City Jail houses more than 4000 inmates..plus the fact that the place is quite OLD and sometimes Flooded..

People should try to be optimistic..because this way.. it will also bring positive change to people and that is the goal of such institutions.. to BRING POSITIVE CHANGE..
