ah yes, there's proper research for you, walk into a station and ask half a dozen uninterested people on their coffee break. Voice of Common sense indeed.
all mouth and no action just like brown blair thatcher etc bet there sleeping soundly in there beds tonight! no worries mortgage debt crime loutish behaviour on our steets.
i disagree - cameron actually represents change - i hate blair but he did it - thatcher did it - brown hasn't a clue about instilling confidence into our broken society - bring on a tory win i say
Blair had a "restraining hand on America"? It was Blair & "New" Labour who actively participated in Bush's regime, the only "restraint" visible was that of Bush yanking on Yo Blair the poodle's dog lead.
Economically everyone participated in Bush's regime, America sneezes and the world gets a cold - that's simply the way of things.
Gulf War-wise, Blair is only as accountable as the heads of Australia, Poland, Turkey, Denmark, Georgia and the Peshmerga (who admittedly had more cause to fight than American pressure!).Pull your head out of the arse of that news-reporter and look at things logically. The only way to control the idiot the Americans elected was from inside his ranks not in opposition

A stable economy, peace in Northern Ireland and a restraining hand on America... and still you 'hate' Blair? Every inch a slave of the media.
