i usually see nick a little more conservative on the first lap, but this race he seemed to be putting more effort in the first 600m. his kick is his strongest strength that will give him winning times so the faster he goes out, the more he'll take away from his furious kick.

that was a nice race...nick could hav waited for the last 200m to take the front he is a really good finished and i think he went out too hard...anyone else of the opinion...but a great effort from him no doubt
