New Jersey has the worst gun laws. WHy don't we have a national gun permit good in all 50 states.

I am totally against CPL licences. Asking the government for permission, and then having to pay for that "right" read privilege. I dont think Florida should be a model I think states like Wyoming, Alaska, Vermont, and Arizona where constitutional carry is the law of the land and there is no government interference on your 2A rights.

Kentucky has a similar law to No Duty to Retreat, except it is called "Stand Your Ground" which I think sounds a little better :)

New jersey puts up all the roadblocks to keep someone who go's buy the law not to buy a gun. to buy a longgun you need a firearms I.D. card witch takes as much as 6months to get. It's a scam to get more money $60.00.....and slow you down. If you think that is bad try buying a handgun in N.J.

One thing I like about Florida is that guns are preempted by the state, and the localities have no say on it, except for the waiting period when purchasing, which is a limit of 7 days.
