Hope that helps, insya-Allah ;-)
men and women at the end of the day both want love any one who denies this is either incredibly young and naive or incredibly ignorant if you live for more than 21 years than you will see what im talking about, this is a good show that reminds people that real love is only gained through marriage. Ps there are good brothers and sisters out there if you cant find one then maybe you should look at yourself first if your expecting to find a good man at the club then your wrong trust Allah work on u
Unfortunately, this psychotherapist considers girls as naive stupid innocent human beings, he forgets that dating also pleases these types of girls as it does for guys. Then who told him that these girls don't know that these men who they date are going to marry them. 95% of the girls know that dating is just time to have fun and exchange emotions regardless marriage.
@adamb1231 people have the wrong perception that dating is cool and marriage is not or that its not really necessary.personally I don't live in the west but even the country I live in is becoming a bit too westernised and not in a good way.so most Muslims in my country too go through the dating process before marriage or for fun and even if some of us do know its unlawful we don't care and thats the problem
Brilliant, but the solution - marriage is very difficult, the main reason is that there's no sisters out there to marry. :( If there are sisters, first she has to be on the firm/correct belief which is hard to find and you have to make social contacts which I haven't got, so I am resigned to defeat. If I try to build any people fink im desperate or start making jokes, I'm 22, in London.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 When I say 'good' I mean a sister who's not duneya based, doesn't chat to non-mahram males and is simple. She doesn't do any bid'ah, such as celebrating b-days or Prophets birthday peace be upon him. She likes to keep reserved n modest n is shy, isn't loud and will be strong to tell her Husband when he errors instead of being reluctant. Now those r the qualities of a strong sister InshAllah, where do you find a lioness like this. Sum1 tell me.
@ishaquer89 Oh and by the way, you can't expect a sister to not talk to a non-mahram. That's impossible, especially in the 21st century. Interaction and communication are essential skills to survive, and it's not like communicating with a non-mahram is haram. In fact, you're encouraged to in Islam when you're in the process of getting married, how else will you know the sister? You expect her to shy away from you all the time? That's totally unrealistic.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 You've misunderstood,if the sister has to talk to non-mahram out of neccessity - yes that's fine, there's no choice in that but likewise if the sister is firm she will not make useless chatter, trying to make conversation with boys in college, uni or workplace. When I said not talk to non-mahrams I meant, as in friendships, u get me yeh?Yes you r encouraged to speak to a sister/brother u want to marry with your wali present, otherwise you can't. Please I think u've misunderstood
@ishaquer89 There's nothing wrong talking to a non-mahram in a friendly way. Since men and women communicate differently, it's better to learn how to communicate with the opposite gender (with no touching involved) when you're younger so you can communicate with your husband/wife better when you're married. There's nothing wrong with being friends, as long as there's no touching involved.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 In Islam non-mahrams do not intermix and r certainly not friends. I sincerely advise you do some research on this aspect of the deen InshAllah, please look past your whims and desires and see that what you have just said is full of errors.YOU may think there's nothing wrong in non-mahram interaction and YOU may think so and so, but what did the Prophet pbuh SAY? That's the ultimate question, what does Islam advise? Intermixing opens up the doors to all kinds of evils.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 Imagine your married, you come home and you're husbands there with another sitting just 'chilling out' - will this not create suspcion? And suscpion is a sin. Will this not create rifts between husband and wife? Just say a boy casually hang out, sooner or later, they are going to start loving each other and then it escalates from there.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 You are very wrong in your stance on learning how to communicate with opposite sex by being friends, that's very wrong, that's misguidance.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 How can you be friends with a non-mahram when the eyes commit zinnah, the legs commit zinnah and the tongue commits zinnah - this is not touching right? How can you be friends and comprimise your religion by allowing your eyes, legs and tongue to commit zinnah in interacting? Your claims have no basis in the deen of Islam, I'm sorry to say if this hurts you but it is the truth. Sumetimes the truth hurts, but we learn InshAllah.
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 If you think I'm 'extreme' or sutting after telling you all this, then basically your saying that the deen is exteme, think of how many people have been destroyed, families, relationships between relatives have been destroyed by intermixing and so-called friendship. Sister please, wake up from your slumber. Do you think ur imaan will grow if you 'chilling' with boys that are you're friends?
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 Please sister do some research, open up your mind and think why masjids are segregated during prayer/weddings/islamic conventions at masjids and why at religious talks the women sit behind the men, if we wer all allowed to be friends, then would we not have a mixed place to pray, and wouldn't women and men sit together?
@X3sAiiDaDaB0MBx3 there is no such thing as just friends or platonic relations between males and females will always think that yeah this girl likes me whatever and even from something small like a smile a guy would think he has a chance also this has no basis in the deen but is a common occurance with kuffar and I remember when I was at college in most of these occasions start of being just friends it leads to friends with benefits this is the way of shaytan he doesnt shout he whispers
I just love TheDeenShow, it's actually my favorite show. It always has such helpful topics, especially for the young Ummah. And the guests are always so wise and friendly. It's so interesting to listen to them. But the shows you're uploading are quite rare, unfortunately :-( May Allah swt. bless you Eddie and everyone out there
I'm now going to watch the video inshaAllah but I already got a question: WHO SINGS THIS AMAZING INTRO IN THE VERY BEGINNING 0:00 - 0:10 ??? THIS VOICE SOUNDS ANGELIC MASHALLAH! IS THERE A FULL NASHEED OF IT??
My dearest Muslim friends, all of you are entitled to each and their own opinions so kindly respect and tolerate each other for Allah's sake. Let's not argue endlessly especially under an Islamic video. The Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) require Muslims to work for the unity of the Ummah. Muslims are required to be merciful towards each other (The Quran (48:29))and be like the body where if any part hurts the whole body should feel the pain (Hadith).
MashAllah this is exactly the lecture i need at the moment. Alhamdulilah :)) may Allah grant us all patience and constancy until the righteous person comes along to enrich our lives in the most beautiful way!
mashaAllah i think this was very informative.. usually what happens is that people who are into these things get discouraged, because our elders or knowledgeable don't talk about these issues or like he said start blaming him/her and telling him that he shouldn't have done so and so instead of providing with a solution..
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah They are addressing real problems that the youth face, and as you know it always better to discuss issues rather than saying Astagfuralah where is the hayaaa. Unfortunately this type of attitude will not resolve the problem that the youth nowadays are facing. I consider this to be a great show especially for our young ones.
Copying the kufar.. will not get us anywhere will it? :S
Boosting about our lack of Hayaa even more..
I'm not saying we shouldnt discuss matters that have greater benefits, I find the topic interesting myself.. However, there's a time and a place if you know what I mean!
We are Ummah who pride themselves with their Hayaa and Shyness.. alhamdulilah
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Shyness between individuals is good but when we need to discuss serious issues as a community, there is nothing wrong with it. Otherwise tell us when the right time and where the right place is?
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah When a young man went to the Rasool salallahu alaihi wa salam and asked his permission to commit zina, Rasool salallahu alaihi wa salam didn't tell him "Where is your hayaa?! Astagfirullah!" So if you feel that discussing this is copying the kuffar, well...you really gotta watch what you say. Besides, isn't watching porn, dating and fornication copying the kuffar? Should we go door to door in the quiet of the night to make sure it's not happening? What is your solution?
I said there's a time and a place for everything..
The Prophet Muhammad(scw) responded to the young man, and I think every muslim should.. We should remind ourselves of ALLAH(swt) and have open dialogue..
But, the Prophet Muhammad(scw) never came out to discuss 'how great sex has genuine emotions'
Research for yourself, the sahaba's all had Hayaa and there certain things that we shouldnt just blurt out!
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah I see the title of the video has thrown you off. I can put myself in your shoes and see where you're coming from. But I watched the video and got to hear the quote you are offended by in context, so Alhamdulillah.
The time and place for this is now. Porn, dating, and fornication is open and public, so the solution should be open and public. You don't have a solution, and these brothers are trying to help. I guess if you knew how bad the problem is, you would understand.
I think a reminder of HELL-FIRE and PARADISE will cut it dont you?
Tbh it's not about me. As I live in the West and I see way more horrific titles than that. But, its more of the style of communication used in an 'Islamic' channel. Yes, we have BIG issues as an Ummah, but the style of communication should reflect our Hayaa :)
Sheikh Fazaga is a psychotherapist. Telling someone "you're gonna go to hell for that" doesn't help a person's psyche. If you watched the video, the person who had the problem KNEW that dating was haraam and wanted to do right, but she needed help.
Life in the west is convoluted, and hard on the psyche as well as on the soul. Alhamdulillah we had people who understand that.
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah The title the user put is a quote out of context. The style of communication from the sheikh was appropriate. I see that your issue is with the title, and I can empathize. But I, as well as others, were able to overlook that because we know the benefits from this particular show, and we trust this channel. Maybe the appropriate thing for you to do is advise this youtube user about titles. I think the point is to attract users and in effect allow them to gain (cont-)
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Knowledge. This is not the first time this user has used a title that seemed over the top. I think it is just to grab the attention of non-Muslims as well, who wouldn't normally click an Islamic video. In any case, I feel the user meant well. I wouldn't have used the quote out of context, personally. But all things must go back to Allah for questioning. =) Take care. wa salam
Narrated by Abu Huraira (ra): The Prophet said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya is a part of faith." (Bukhari)
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Get off your high horse. This is an issue that is rampant in our society (even in muslim countries), and it needs to be addressed and tackled head on. If your sensitive, immature ears cannot take it, then don't click on the video. Simple.
"When the foolish one speaks, do not reply to him, for better than a response (to him) is silence, and if you speak to him you have aided him, and if you left him (with no reply) in extreme sadness he dies."
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Your arrogance is disgusting. Who do you think you are. Mufti Youtube? Oh and please, gimme a break with that quote, its concept is one that should be practiced rather than dropped verbally in really corny style half way into an argument/discussion.
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah We muslims should not shy away from certain topics. What you need to understand is that this show is very good for young people in terms that it address issues that they face, which as we all know cannot be discussed with parents. For this reason we should encourage shows like this rather than putting your two sentences in.
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah What do you mean? If you mean the topic, I'm grateful to Allah there are psychotherapists who are knowledgeable in Islam. The Ummah is rampant with sexual dysfunction and it really needs to be addressed.
Assalam aleikoum. Thank you for this show, from which we learn so much. I am a sister from France who feels very lucky to understand English and to be able to follow your show: we have nothing like this here.
@LadyHejabi I think he's mixed with Greek or something. Nothing wrong with asking lol There is just so much racism among people (even Muslims) that some of us want to bat it down whenever we think it's being shown =) You can look on this channel and see the interview with his dad to find out where he's from.
@rohailrules Wa alaykumus salam, yes that's true. I found out the other day that, he's a Bosnian, born to a Muslim family and wasn't practising til he was in prison.. lol! SubhanAllah, may Allah Ta'ala keep guiding us the way He guides brother Eddie. Insya-Allah, ameen. Jazakallahu khayr, dear ;-)
although they werent fully formed until about age 11 or 12, it is more of an instinctual attraction to that which is evil that is definitely present even in childhood
haram is haram. i think my sexual desires began at about age 7 or 8, subhanallah the human nafs is inherently attracted to evil, although everyone is innocent until they commit sin after which they acquire guilt which they must repent from (the sin) so they may be like they were without sin. some muslims hackers really need to destroy a large chunk of the internet.

mashaAllah i think this was very informative.. usually what happens is that people who are into these things get discouraged, because our elders or knowledgeable don't talk about these issues or like he said start blaming him/her and telling him that he shouldn't have done so and so instead of providing with a solution..

Astagfurlah!!
Where's the Hayaa?
UnitedUmmahinshAllah 1 month ago
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah They are addressing real problems that the youth face, and as you know it always better to discuss issues rather than saying Astagfuralah where is the hayaaa. Unfortunately this type of attitude will not resolve the problem that the youth nowadays are facing. I consider this to be a great show especially for our young ones.

@idilali
Specially, now that the world lost it :D
UnitedUmmahinshAllah 1 month ago

What is your solution?
saaratheconquerer 1 month ago
@saaratheconquerer
There's a DIFFERENCE!
Dont put words in my mouth!

Asalama aleikum sister :)

@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Wa alaikum salam.
This video,in my opinion, was respectful. cont...

I think the point is to attract users and in effect allow them to gain (cont-)
saaratheconquerer 1 month ago

UnitedUmmahinshAllah 1 month ago
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah Get off your high horse. This is an issue that is rampant in our society (even in muslim countries), and it needs to be addressed and tackled head on. If your sensitive, immature ears cannot take it, then don't click on the video. Simple.

Since its friday and I feel good..
I'll just ignore that insha'ALLAH..

ItsJustAPlug 1 month ago
@UnitedUmmahinshAllah We muslims should not shy away from certain topics. What you need to understand is that this show is very good for young people in terms that it address issues that they face, which as we all know cannot be discussed with parents. For this reason we should encourage shows like this rather than putting your two sentences in.

@UnitedUmmahinshAllah What do you mean? If you mean the topic, I'm grateful to Allah there are psychotherapists who are knowledgeable in Islam. The Ummah is rampant with sexual dysfunction and it really needs to be addressed.

@LadyHejabi Just wondering -- is it at all important to know someone's ethnicity? In Islam, ethnicity has no place -- only our faith, Islam.
jodolski 1 month ago
@jodolski No, it's not important at all. I was merely asking. Just wondering back -- Anything wrong with that?
LadyHejabi 1 month ago
@LadyHejabi I think he's mixed with Greek or something. Nothing wrong with asking lol There is just so much racism among people (even Muslims) that some of us want to bat it down whenever we think it's being shown =) You can look on this channel and see the interview with his dad to find out where he's from.

although they werent fully formed until about age 11 or 12, it is more of an instinctual attraction to that which is evil that is definitely present even in childhood

haram is haram. i think my sexual desires began at about age 7 or 8, subhanallah the human nafs is inherently attracted to evil, although everyone is innocent until they commit sin after which they acquire guilt which they must repent from (the sin) so they may be like they were without sin. some muslims hackers really need to destroy a large chunk of the internet.
