It will not cost more as an normal Audi A3. I've been with my girlfriend into the AUDI-Factory (Ingolstadt) and I've asked them.

So the price will be (with the lowest engine / configuration) around 17.000€ (23.806$)

Love hearing the haters here - it's obv that I'll be (yet again) trading in mycurrent A3 for one of these in a year or two. their service level is great in the UK - we had a faulty rear light unit replaced in my wife's work's car park (they got the part and then drove out to her work) - no extra charge.

As an automotive analysis I will tell you that 1) the version you are seeing in this video (if it ever makes it to the market) is the highest configuration with all extras and specials. 2) This will be extremely pricey. 3) As noted before, just flashing lights and "futuristic" designs will not compete with the most successful and best small saloon there is (the 3-series BMW). As long this is just a concept it's nothing.
