I live just 12 miles from Lambert's in Sikeston, ppl who go to the famous rodeo go there a lot. My mom was there when the first roll was throwed. The owner was serving rolls, and he was fat, so he couldn't fit between tables, so he threw a roll to an impatient customer. Everyone wanted a throwed roll! It's now a tradition. The one in sikeston is most famous because of rodeo, and that's where the first one was done.

I ate here last Sunday for a joint birthday. People think I'm crazy to drive 2 1/2 hours each way and wait at least an hour on top of that but hey, this is a quest for a meal.

omg!!! that place was amazing!!!!! the food was soooo good!!! the only thing i didnt like though was the 2 and a half hour wait :\
