@MikeDMays. I started with a Syma S107. It's a great beginner heli. Flies great straight out of the box. Low maintenance. Look into it.

Hi Ali I am brand new to this and I dont have a heli just yet and I want a kinda maintance free heli cause I dont know anyhting about tunning gyros and servos etc I do know what they are but I know nothing about them is there a fun decently quick copter for me I want atleast a 4ch but if there is a 6ch starter out there then please fill me in thanks for reading and please let me know what you recommend for me I dont wanna throw alot of money away so just let me know my options if you dont mind?

Alishanmao, question I have a 9053 coaxial heli (my first heli) and its not as easy to fly in wind. What coaxial heli would you recommend for outdoors that is same size or bigger, that is VERY STABLE? Thanks, Don

thats what i am planing to do start geting into rc helicopters

and my first big helicopter will be a t rex 700 nitro flybarless 3g combo kit because i dont like the look of them flybared ones and plus less hasel building it but the flybarless makes them realistic when flying and theres less to do with the main rota head

just put loctight t43 blue stuff on the screws and put the bearings in thats it simple

Hi Ali, just bought my first Trex 450se and in early stages of learning. Thanks for your videos, they have helped a lot. Just need to practice...practise....practis­e....Got hovering tail in ok now. Using Pheonix too.

Looking forward to my first nitro.

I've had a Ripmax high wing trainer plane for a while but never took it seriously but gettin into heli's has re kindled my intrest for that too.

Hello Ali! I have an Air Wolf helicopter, wich I crached on the first flight. I have switched the rotors and when I tried again, it started to rotate to the right. I couldn't control it, do you have any idea of what the problem might be?

@Miguelo959 is it single rotor or coaxial. if coaxial one of the motor must be damaged or one of the main rotor is not spinning fast enough

I'm new int he RC world but i must say that looking at all your videos, it inspires me. I'm still having issues just hovering with my CX3 and i want to be able to fly with a FPV someday.

I have found putting rubber or thick tape( duct tape ) on the landing rails or bars keeps co-axial heli's from rocking back and forth and vibrating during take off

Don't kill yourself with this project. Remember you've got a lot of helis/airplanes/cars to test, and also fix helis/airplanes/cars...etc. From my short experience (helimaxe axe, nightranger 3dxl, align 450, align 500, and realfight G4) my best advice for a pure newbie(zero experience with anything r/c). Skip coaxial, and go straight to simulator. It will teach you if you are patient. Still like it? Buy cheap RTF just to hover. Master that? Next step go to local rcfield.

This sounds like a good ideá, I'll follow this guide and see if I learn something, I'm at the end of the electric-heli road soon, I have the e-sky lama V4 then moved to Honeybee, after that I bought a Belt CP V2 (useless heli) so got a T-Rex 450 clone, way better than my Belt, Now I'm waiting for my Align T-rex 600 and after that "nitroville". But I'm still sure I can learn something from your videos, best thing to share is MISTAKES ! nothing to learn from someone who's never done anything wrong

I just started a couple months ago playing with a tiny little 3 channel coaxial to fly around the house. Was pretty hard to fly controllable at first but I'm getting pretty good with it now, don't crash into the walls nearly as much and the thing seems to be built like a tank since I've crashed it probably over a hundred times.
