a tie in implies the story is the exact same as the movie its based off of.

As in it's tied in to it.THing is most movie tie-ins are just copy-paste of the movie story it's not restricted to that.

You know there really is no GOOD way to implement a moral choice system, not in a pirates game, I mean it would just not fit at all.

If they were planning on making a morality system for it I'm glad it got cancelled, 'cause Game developers today don't seem to know how to handle that option.
