Those aren't guys who were WCW born and bred. Ric Falir had made it in the NWA before WCW was even born; Eddie and Chris weren't main WCW guys. Sting is the only legend that WCW created; he is WCW far more than Ric Flair or even DDP because he was there from the beginning. His legacy was born there, he never worked for Vince.

wwe needs competition. wwe not having Sting is a good form of competition, it would seem unfair for the wwe to be owning every great wrestler there is.

Sting seems to be decorated with lots NWA/WCW colors and it would seem out of place for him to be in a WWE ring.

Plus he probably wouldve been under used, look at others that were PURE WCW bred wreslters; DDP, Goldberg, Scott Steiner with the possible exception of Ric Flair and.
