You know, I don't know many bands who come to say there Gig is cancelled due to the weather problems. I heard Immortal once played with instruments from on other band because their instruments didn't arrive properly at the airport.

I guess Norwegian Black metal loves to entertain their fans and to spread their music. That's why we all should listen to the great Norwegian Black metal.

They are, but arrangements for this festival were more or less screwed up, and then Oslo's airport was closed so rest of the band, or even one guitarist, couldn't fly to Finland.

Joo yleisön reaktio oli kyllä vähän typerä. Gaahlin vika se ei ainakaan ole että bändi ei päässyt soittamaan. Jotain kunnioitusta kuitenkin että tuli itse ilmoittamaan bändin peruuntumisesta. Eri asia jos itse Aleksi olisi ilmoituksen tehnyt, silloin pullojen heittely olisi ollut ihan suotavaa :D

I'm sure the crowd reaction seems inappropriate (I was at the front, not shouting anything), but the whole day had been inappropriate. The problem here was not the weather in Oslo, but the festival organizer and his inability.

This final announcement just tipped off the frustration and disappointment and people reacted strongly. I'm sure most of the people shouting at Gorgoroth feel ashamed now when they've had time to think about it.
