@carrierose1234 Yes, Prince Albert's daughter counts. Prince Rainier's mother, Charlotte was the illegitimate daughter of Louis II (the Prince of Monaco). Since she was his only child she became the heir to the throne. She married. Her and her husband became the Prince and Princess of Monaco (the parents of Albert's father, Rainier). I am sure Jazmin Grace is aware of this.
I remember when she was born. I am originally from California. I heard Prince Albert had a daughter. Then all of a sudden we never heard anymore. After the announcement of Alexandre Coste being recognized, I thought about her. Then all of a sudden Jazzy Grace (as I call her) was recognized as well. I wish both children the best. I wonder do they know each other.
She (obviously) can't be a princess because she's illegitimate and not in the line of succession. But can't use Grimaldi? A little late for that considering it's on her birth certificate and is legally her last name.
She seems like a really nice girl. I hope she's successful in the future and I'm glad Albert finally acknowledged her after 14 years. Now she's a senior I wonder where she's applying to university at?
@fredlelyonnais Fact check...1999: HRH Princess Alexandra of Hanover...daughter of HRH Prince Ernest of Hanover, HRH Princess Caroline of Hanover (Ptincess by birth of Monaco). ONE of 9 grandchildren carries a royal title and not for Monaco.
Met Jazmin Grace's mom Tamara during a wine tasting at Vine restaurant in San Clemente, California on Wednesday, June 3, 2009. She spoke glowingly about her daughter, not revealing the royal connection until late in our conversation. I looked it all up afterwards and everything checked out. I salute Tamara's diligence in getting Albert to acknowledge paternity and confirm through DNA in 2006.
That's okay, we'll call her princess if we want too. I'm glad Prince Albert and her mother are being mature and having her best interest at heart. Sounds like she's a smart gal, she'll carve her own path.

Her name is Grimaldi, as her own father confirmed it publicly.
CBS report is not correct.
She is the only grand-child of late Prince Rainier to bear the name. Illegitimate or not.
She is not a princess but none of all the other grand children of Prince Rainier and Princess Grace carry a title of nobility.
What would it means to her to be a Princess at 17 years old ?
She is a normal girl and she will board an East Coast University next year when she finishes with high school.
