As for the Showcase Presents Captain Carrot trade, it was sadly delayed indefinitely (along with the Showcase Presents Suicide Squad) due to some manner of royalty issues. I know some classic Captain Carrot stuff was reprinted in the recent Captain Carrot and the Final Arc collection.
I've got a bunch of original Captain Carrots from the 80s. I did a You Tube search to see if anyone remembered it.
