Read regulation B of the ECOA. You are actually slandering this credit union and have NONE of the facts...if they sued, they'd win...hope they don't see this! ;)

Honestly, I don't think it slanders them at all. He was denied because he doesn't help or promote women and has a past of denigrating them.
