The guy was from the Australian Broadcasting Company and asked about opposition party leader Kim Beazleys desire to rollback the countrys employment regulations. At first, Dolly couldnt understand the question due to his accent and offered in a joking way that if he was asking about Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman getting married she thinks its wonderful but shes jealous. She asked him to repeat his question, and when she understood it she gave the reply you saw in the video.
