I have one of these, I have to say after using a predominantly fishing kayak my first outing in the midway I found it extremely unstable at first until I discovered that the initial tipiniess is counteracted by its secondary stability which I believe is from the grooves in the hull called chines. Once I got that sorted and tested I decided that you cant really beat this kayak at the moment. Its outstanding and I am so glad I found one. Took a lot of research as I am not in Oz!
