@MrDarkbloom life is not empy without love. thats a terrible additude. life is pretty good, but is just better with love, thats a healthier additude to have.
@Freethinker12341 If you "love" money or objects, then I suppose you would make sense. But a life, a truly meaningful life, without love ascribed to people and not just things--how pathetic it would be.
@MrDarkbloom Reactionary conservative idiots who can't intellectually/emotionally handle thinking or feeling anything beyond stereotypes and half-remembered slogans, I imagine.
That is a moving story, about the peasants in Columbia, who paid a tribute to his wife. I think the biggest surprise impressions about people whom we have a chance to connect with, is as unpredictable as anything else in life. It's possible to talk to someone who by all rights should be counted among your enemies, and find that you have more in common than expected, and to feel enriched by the experience. I don't think the rich/poor/race classification determines that type of surprise.
Noam is a moral inspiration.

Wow. That man has lived through the entire twentieth century and he's a cosmopolitan intellectual.
That is probably one of the most aged faces humanity has ever created. I'm not talking about his appearance.

@Rfriddle1977 I don't think we would like to be called a prophet, but definitely one of the greatest minds of our time.
