The thing about cartoon network is that they kept the original dragonball z except took out the coughing up blood and stuff which I can understand. (They kept the fighting blood though) Unlike the crappy kai version on nicktoons that made dragonball z the worst anime ever. Like the 4 kids version of sonic x.

that comes to my mind, not his adult version. The Cell Saga was the absolute pinnacle of the Dragon Ball Z series and stressed such a good ending theme, with the son, Gohan, surpassing the strength of his father, Goku. I hated it that they just had to go further and make Goku surpass Gohan's strength. I would have rather the series just ended with Goku, Chi-Chi, and Gohan retiring to a peaceful existence after Cell's defeat, without Goku being killed.

Am I the only one who thinks that the whole Cell Saga should have ended differently, with Goku remaining alive and then they should have just ended the series there. I think that would have been such a better ending than going into the weirdness of Majin Buu and eveything that came after that. And I really prefer this version of Gohan to his adult version. I didn't really want to see Gohan grow up or see Goku die. I mean, when I think Dragon Ball Z, or even just Dragon Ball, this is the Gohan...
