I can usually work out how tricks are done or have a vague idea but the stickers trick stumped me. The only thing that I thought was a bit weird was when Dynamo asked them to pick a player (after an edit at 2:17) and they all knew what to do and picked current Premier League players. I think the missing footage may have provided more clues.

I slowed it down to 1/4 speed, he shuffles it so it's on top. Then see at 1:03 or so and just before he shows him that it wasn't the top card, it slips down into his sleeve. Then when he's picking up the shoe, he has his arm positioned so it will drop in.

I see it, he's made him choose the Queen of Hearts.

He folds the signed card en half on his leg while he kicks, pushing extra hard to make the crease. When he shows you the shoe it only shows you a non signed part. He then takes the normal card out the shoe in his same left hand that has the folded signed version and then hands the signed one to Defoe.

Repect for this magician, you can see the details because it's filmed, in real-time you won't see these details because you are distracted of the 'action'. For example when Dynamo kicks the cards you are automaically looking at the cards instead of his hand when you are standing next to it in my opinion.

OK, I can clearily see in the the trick with Defoe that he holds the card in his left hand at 1:23 you can see that Dynamo bends the card.

But my problem is that i don't understand how Dynamo knowed that Defoe had chosen the Heart Queen card !! Anyone does ?

The bottle trick is even simpler. He had the bottle under his sleeve

The Defoe trick is so lame; anyone can do it. Look at his left hand, the signed defoe card is in it the whole time. He had another card in the shoe before the whole game started. When he picks up the shoe he pretends to take the card from the shoe, but in fact he's just giving back the signed defoe card that he has in his left hand. Magic is really stupid when you realize how simple it all is.

The one he des with defoe is very easy. When he kicks the pack away, he is still holding it with his left hand. Watch him quickly hold it against his leg without moving it. He then pretends to tip the card out of his shoe, which was already in there, stuck to the bottom, when all he really does is holds the one in his left hand out, which is the one defoe gave to him and he never let out of his left hand.
