This was really nice. Iran has its domestic problems, but so do most other countries in the world. This shows liberal America at its finest and is perfectly consistent with Jon Stewart's view on Iran overall.
yes.. you eally have to travel t iran and experience this country before you talk about this country.. in USA the medias make suck a bad picture of this beautiful country.. trust me the government sucks.. not the people.. people in iran have no power.. thats the problem..
Don't forget people - Iran had a democracy and OUR C.I.A overthrow it in 1953 - just google Operation Ajax. Make no mistake, we bomb these innocent people and OUR Government (ie CFR) are the BAD guys.
I thought Obama was going to end these wars and bring peace and save a whole bunch of money. These CFR aholes could care less if this country goes bankrupt. Whatever Israel wants - they do.
@clint525fuller Worse than the CIA-Mi6 Operation Ajax was Operation Greenbelt of 1977 which nearly destroyed Iran, when the U.S/Britain sponsored the Arab Sandniggers under Sadam Hussein to start a war against Iran for 8 years in the middle of the Iranian muslim Revolution which was also a CIA-Mi6-Mossad job as part of Operation Greenbelt. It continues to this day as Iran is flooded with millions of refugees and US terrorists from Iraq+Afghanistan
i think the best summary of this clip is that the Iranian people are not religiously insane fanatics, the heads of the Iranian government however may be a different story.
Nothing you showed of the Iranian people comes as a surprise to me but then I'm not a Jon Stewart watcher. Showing your selves to be clueless is also not a surprise. People who watch the show would be clueless as well.
America does not have a problem with the Iranian people but the regime which brutalizes the whole of the region including it's own people.
So the way to solve the problem in your eyes is hurting the people? because, that's the only thing that'll happen if war or sanctions came to the picture.
I just hope my fellow American people would open their eyes and not follow the government blindly.
Hurting the people? You mean like Neda? The mullocracy isIS HURTING AND KILLING "THE PEOPLE", in Palesting, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. The evil regime =of Iran is hurting and killing all over the region yet you cling to your hopey/changey mantra, its messing oup your ability to think.
As to the video about Stewart & Co, they built a STRAWMAN, and then set about destroying the STRAWMAN. Instead of discussing the Iranian regime as grownups they create a strawman.
I am from San Francisco, born and raised here :D. I am in Sweden for business..
Also I am a Muslim and I am not out to kill anyone and there are billions of Muslims like myself. There are bad people in every religion. The Iranian people aren't out to kill anyone.
As an Iranian American, I can definitely relate to some of the things they are talking about. This video really gave me a good laugh, as well as some meaningful insight into Iranian way of life.
We should not be bombing these people, or crushing them with economic sanctions and letting the thieves at the world bank and IMF gut their economies.
This video was seriously great. The people are not the enemy. They are never the enemy. The enemy, ALWAYS, is big government and big business. Keep your eyes, your arms, and your mind open.

amnah1000,
Your statement below was posted as a response to comething I posted directly below your comment, did you post to me by mistake?
Nothing in my comments (two) could be logically construed as to infer, even remotely ,
I had suggested "hurting the people", and to suggest as much, is to show how your brain is wired, not mine.

Probably, I just wanted to post my comment not reply to anyone particular :D. My bad.

Your page says you are in Sweden so why do you say, "my fellow American people"?
Your moslem people are intent on killing American travelers on Christmas Day, don't miscontrue language to promote your political/religious war.
What is your point?
