i hate to say this but i found out i couldnt get a GTS i have to get a 9500gt 1gb ddr3 can run it with these updated specs?

CPU:Pentium 4--2.8 ghz

video card: GeForce 9500gt 1gb ddr3

can i still run it on Very High? not to be a nuisance but i would like to know...and im sorry Ive asked twice but dell says i cant change my Pentium 4 to a Intel core2 duo and the 9500gt is the best i can get.
