@Cazkumali indeed but i wasnt there for that that day :) considering this is probs the only time the 38 stock will run on the jubilee, not unless you convert it to run on ATO
Very nice 5*/5*, but I hate it when there are 100 BADASS people standing around, like tourists, filming the train. three people standing at the end of clapham on a frosty morning fair enough
i believe it is BUT it may also be the last time it runs on the jubilee line as plans have been made to make the jubilee line trains run on ATO. hence why the 38 stock will NEVER run on the central line, because of ATO
Thank you for posting. I can clearly remember the 1938 stock in regular service back in the 1970s. Happy days!

Was this Trip 1 or Trip 2? Because Trip 2 I was allowed to ride in the cab from Cannning Town to Stratford!
WrongRoadRailways 2 years ago
2 because the train went out of service when it left the station

I wonder if that is a first... 1938 stock at Stratford! Even the Central Line never ran 1938 stock in service and certainly not to Stratford.

what was the point of this if it didnt stop?
aeromexicopilotman 2 years ago
it was a charter/special train, so it ran as a not in service to stop commuters boarding the train
bwarrrrk 2 years ago
Special ticket holders only.
The train had people on there.
