This video was of the take off. You were allowed a push. The drills were very bad on low end torque. You needed to get to speed to keep the speed up. The cool part was that it made it up a slope with all that weight.
Nice! Would like to see it moving though! The problem with drill motors is while being light and powerful they are terribly inefficient, what you need is an rc aircraft brushless motor, small as a drill motor but much more powerful and efficient. Check out my scooter worlds lightest electric scooter.
