Lebanese ar enot arabs. The Arabic language came into play around the Levant area after 1000 A.D. this was 500 years after Islam. Aos, their is no such thing as an Arab church, Coptic Maronites, Melikes ect all use different languages. For example the Maronite bible is in "Aramaic Syriac" and not Arabic. Also, genetically we are not the same, yes we come from them, but this was over 40,000 years ago, just was how we all came from Arfika.

Actually I agree with you that Lebs are not arabs (in general, apart from the arabs who live in tents in the bekaa and other places, and we call them arabs). But Arabism and religion are independednt... there where many arab christian tribes, like the ghassani tribe... so race and religion are independent... however muslims like to say they are arabs for some reason...
